Official Giveaway Rules
- KPL Production Services, Ltd. (KPL) organizes a constant giveaway beginning on June 1, 2012, 00:00 GMT+2.
- The prizes are 16GB Wifi The New iPad (also called iPad 3) based on the number of “Like” of the official Facebook page of The Movie searchOmeter.
- The quantity of prizes will be determinate as follow: one (1) 16GB Wifi New iPad for every 10,000 “like” on the official Facebook page of The Movie searchOmeter.
- No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
- To enter the giveaway, the entrant ("liker") must “like” the official Facebook page of The Movie searchOmeter.
- By tweeting the special tweet found on the giveaway page of KPL, entrant ("tweeter") gets an additional chance to win. To be eligible, tweeters must follow the account @KPL_Studios. Tweeters can tweet as much as they want but all the tweets will count for one (1) entry only.
- At each milestone, KPL will randomely select one potential winner among likers and one potential winner among tweeters. KPL will then select blinded the winner between both.
- KPL will notify the lucky winner via a private message on Facebook from KPL’s Facebook account and/or a private message on Twitter from KPL's Twitter account within the milestone day. The winner will have seven (7) days to answer KPL to confirm the win. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, he or she will forfeit the prize and another winner will be randomly chosen following the same procedure until a winner is selected.
- The winner will be announced on the official Facebook page of The Movie searchOmeter and on the Twitter account of KPL @KPL_Studios as soon as a milestone has been reached.
- By entering the sweepstake, winning users agrees to give to KPL permission to use their name for promotional purposes.
- Prizes are not cumulative: a New iPad winner will only get one (1) iPad.
- Shipment of the iPad might take up to 60 days. Shipping might take longer.
- All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. All prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions and/or substitutions except at KPL's sole discretion. Winner (including EU regions & USA) will be responsible for VAT, duties or import fees on the shipment of their prize that may be assessed by their governments. Due to custom requirements, the prize will be assigned a value of at least US$499. Further, some countries outside of the U.S. do not have reliable mail services. In the event that a prize has been stolen or mishandled during shipment to a destination, KPL may not be able to replace the iPad. If the winner prefers a specific shipping method, they are responsible to notify KPL immediately and will also be responsible to cover the additional costs if any.

- Do not proceed with this giveaway if you are outside of eligible areas. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- KPL can end this giveaway at any time without any prior notice or explanations
- By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless KPL from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion.
- KPL is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by KPL or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. KPL reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the milestone reach. KPL further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. KPL may prohibit an entrant from participating in a Promotion if it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other entrants. Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, KPL reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law.
