A lot of people wonders how comes I still don’t have a modern website and honestly I didn’t have a good answer to give to them. So after so many request, here it comes as a blog. You will be able to find some of my thoughts, some that didn’t appear on Twitter (follow me !) or Facebook, discover the movies I like or eager to see, what apps I’m working on but most important, you will be able to watch some of my previous and current offline & online work.

The interface of the site is much a work in progress and expect a lo of thing to be improved in the coming weeks. Fpr now, you will find a menu on the top-right of the screen to easy select post around the selected category. Oh and as I catch up with my old website and move everything on this one, expect frequent updates much more content soon.

Technically, all the movies are displayed with HTML 5 code as I’m always been a big advocate again the use of Flash since its debut on the web. (and you should too if you care about ecology, saving energy and the well-being of Earth). Based on your browser, my server will serve you a H264 or WebM file. If you are still using a non-modern browser (IE7 or IE8), you will get a Flash player but you really should upgrade yourself to Safari, Firefox, IE9 or even Chrome (if you don’t mind having Google spying on you).

Oh and there’s some known issues with mobile devices: while compatible with them, they are having a hard time computing the parallax effect of the front page.  Behind the scene, the programmers are trying to find a solution and when they do, this will improve the experience for my mobile viewers. On iPad, the video served are the 3G, low version of the movie instead of the HD one. We are working on that too.
