
Doctor Who’s 50th anniversary: The trailers are here with some celebrations and a few surprises.
The wait is almost over and November 23th is coming in big steps. For the first time, this 3D episode will be broadcasted in over 75 countries worldwide alongside selected cinemas. Until then, the BBC is releasing, day after day, more and more informations about this huge and game-changing episode. “The Day of the Doctor” including a fantastic new trailer and the transmission time.You will be able to see The Day of the Doctor, starring Matt Smith, David Tennant and Jenna Coleman, with Billie Piper and John Hurt. at 7.50pm (GMT)
Around the world, that equates to:
- 2.50pm in New York
- 11.50am in Los Angeles
- 6.50am on Sunday 24 in Sydney

Finally, iTunes celebrate this event with Doctor Who: The 50th Anniversary Collection, an incredible collection of Doctor Who Confidential, Doctor Who Revisited, Doctor Who at the prom 2010 and of course the episode itself.
And if it wasn’t enough, the BBC released exclusively on iTunes the famous lost episodes from the 60’s days. 9 episodes were remastered, putting each through a meticulous frame-by-frame restoration, as well as restoring the audio.
They are now available as two stories:
- Doctor Who: The Enemy of the World (the missing parts were one, two, three, four, and six)
- Doctor Who: The Web of Fear (the missing parts were two, four, five, and six)
